FAQ (frequently asked questions.) regarding free services.

Q.  Are your services really free to home buyers?  There must be a catch!

A.  When purchasing a home that is listed on the local MLS by a licensed REALTOR®, my commission is paid by the home seller.  My services to you are FREE .

Q. What kind of help with financing do you offer?

A.  I work with several quality lenders whose job it is to help people to get pre-qualified for a loan.  If you request a loan pre-qualification, I will pass that request on to one of them so that they may help you.

Q. What free services do you provide to home sellers?

A.  I provide home sellers with either a free CMA (comparative market analysis) or a free list of recently sold homes in their area so that they can best determine the price of their home.

Q.  Will my information by kept private?

A.  Yes!  Your privacy is very important to us.  No information that you provide to us is ever sold to a marketing company.

Q.  Do you only work in Kent County?

A.  I service most of the listings that are found through the SEARCH LISTINGS icon posted on my homepage.  Many of these listings fall outside of Kent county. 

 

 

Q.  Why do I need a REALTOR®?

 

A.  Buying a home is much more than finding a home and buying it.  Aside from the home search, there are inspections, negotiations, re-negotiations, title work, lending issues, disclosures, and much, much more.  A REALTOR®, acting as your buyer's agent, is your advocate in real estate transactions, and is legally bound to protect you interests at all times.
